Kristen Day can not and will not make any guarantees about immediate or future results through any information or services provided. You recognize that your results and perceived success or failure will be through your own efforts, commitment, situation and innumerable other circumstances beyond the control and/or knowledge of Kristen Day.

USE OF PAID COURSES, PROGRAMS, AND ASSOCIATED MATERIAL

By ordering or participating in Courses or Programs, you agree that the Courses or Programs you purchase or download may only be used by you for your personal or business use and may not be sold or redistributed without the express written consent of Kristen Day. By ordering or participating in Courses or Programs, you further agree that you shall not create any derivative work based upon the Courses or Programs and you shall not offer any competing products or services based upon any information contained in the Courses or Programs.

MEMBERSHIPS & PAYMENT PLANS

Entering into a Membership Program OR paying a monthly payment plan for a program or course is a conscious commitment and your participation level is your responsibility. Should you decide to terminate your participation, discontinue “showing up” to participate or not complete; you remain responsible for all remaining payments until the end of the payment terms.

REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of Programs, Sessions, Products and Services there is a no refund policy. By purchasing any of Kristen Day's offers, you understand and agree that all sales are final and no refunds will be provided to you for any reason. Should you decide to terminate your participation in any of Kristen Day's Programs, Products or Services, you remain responsible for all remaining payments until the end of the original term.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, Kristen Day, its officers, directors, employees, agents, family members and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses, fees relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Website, Service(s), offerings or products, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations.

TERMINATION AND ACCESS RESTRICTION

Kristen Day reserves the right, in her sole discretion and based upon any circumstance that may arise to validate the termination of your access to the Website and/or participation in any Membership Groups, Programs or Services at any time, without notice.

Revisions and updates to these Terms and Conditions may be changed at Kristen Day's sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when posted. Kristen is pleased to communicate with you by e-mail >>> Please allow 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends for a reply. Any other such communication via phone, text, social media or direct messaging are not deemed suitable for regular business communication unless expressly advised and agreed to in such cases as 1:1 mentorship or in Telegram Accountability Rooms (which will be outlined with its own terms.)
